In the next village to me there is the most fun and quirky wedding
venue, The Bell in Ticehurst. This is where Laura and Jake chose to have their joy filled, laid-back and relaxed boho celebration.
For this late summer wedding, I used a mix of summer white meadow
flowers, Love-in-the-Mist, Astrantia and Dahlia. This was combined with flowering mint, Seed-heads and grasses with a hint of metallic gold and copper. Laura also had the softest lemon scented garden Roses in her meadow inspired bouquet.
The tables and fireplaces were styled with jars of flowers, vintage
books candlesticks. The couple made hand decorated flower jars and stencilled table runners with the lyrics from their first dance.
In the stable area we decorated the iron railings with wild foliage to add some extra life to this area.
